Item I give to my well beloved daughter Anne Mosley my quarter that is now in being with half that tract of land which I bought of James Baul and one negro garil called Judy and two cows big with calf and ten head of hogs two ewes(?) big with young with one grey mare and two horses.

A Negro girl named Minta, the property of Catharine Winter, removed from VA and was brought to CC on Dec 28, 1795 for the purpose of employing & working her, and not for sale. Sd slave was acquired by sd Catharine Winter in course of distribution of the estate of Ann Moxley of CC decd, and which slave was a resident of VA before Apr 21, 1783.
