About Alberto Larraguibel Morales
Alberto Larraguibel Morales (Angol, Región de la Araucanía, Chile, 30 de Mayo de 1919 – Santiago, Región Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile, 12 de abril de 1995) fue un militar y jinete chileno.1
Como deportista, tuvo destacados triunfos en la equitación, siendo el más recordado el récord mundial de salto alto, que batió en Viña del Mar en 1949 junto a su caballo Huaso al saltar 2,47 metros. Después de muchos intentos, este récord aún no ha sido batido.
