- To each son and daughter of ‘my son’ Richard Coleman on the same condition. * To the servants of ‘my son John Coleman.’
- Residue to son John Colman the executor.
- To son John Coleman a messuage and garden and adjacent land called ‘Calowe’ and 6 crofts of land and 2 pightels belonging to the said messuage and the reversion of 3 tenements in Great Street, he paying my executors 25 marks etc.
