7. Ann Musgrove. She was born May 25, 1773, and married Absalom Bobo August 1, 1790. He was the son of Simpson and Judith Foster Bobo and was born in Virginia, March 13, 1765. He was drafted during February or March 1781, while residing in Ninety Six District and served in the Revolutionary War under Col. Benjamin Roebuck and Capt. George Roebuck. He guarded prisoners at the Orangeburg jail.

Ann and Absalom Bobo had the following children:

1. Edward Musgrove Bobo;
2. Jane Bobo;
3. Levinia Bobo; and
4. Sampson Bobo.

Ann died circa 1807, after the birth of her son Sampson. They were living in Cross Anchor, S. C., at this time. Most of their children grew up on Two Mile Creek, near Woodruff, S. C.

Absalom Bobo’s second wife was Mary (Polly) Bobo, his first cousin. She was the daughter of Sampson and Sarah Simpson Bobo and was born May 25, 1773 [SIC] They married circa 1808, and lived on Two Mile Creek near Woodruff, S. C.

He married (2) ANN MUSGROVE in South Carolina, daughter of EDWARD MUSGROVE and ANN ADAIR. He married (3) MARY BOBO Bobo, Mary "Polly" Bobo Jan 1802 in SC. She was born May 25, 1773, and died November 10, 1857, in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

2. Absolom Bobo, b. 13 Mar 1765, Albemarle Co., Va., d. 1 Dec. 1846, Laurens Co., S. C., m. 1st. Ann Musgrove, b. 25 May 1773, d. 10 Nov. 1857 (he died before she died - perhaps they separated and he married again) records sent in show he m. 2nd. Mary Polly Bobo and m. 3rd. a Nancy Ann Crosby - this leaves much room for speculation. ]
