20 Maj. Erastus Lyman8, b. 1761; m. Abigail Bracket. They had one dau. Abigail Bracket, who was m. at Northampton, April 30,1821, to Wm. Greene, a lineal descendant of Gen. Nathaniel Greene, of Revolutionary fame. He has been in business in Cincinnati where he acquired a large fortune, and where he was distinguished for his efforts in connection with common school education. On the death of his wife, a woman of rare gifts and of most elevated character, July 18, 1862, he removed to East Greenwich, R. I., and has since occupied his ancestral estate. He was elected lieutenant governor of the state, in 1866, in the gubernatorial term of Gov. Burnside, and held the office two years. He is now m. a second time and has retired from public life. East Greenwich, R.I.

28 6 Charlotte, m. Rev. Wm. Silobee, formerly pastor of the Unitarian church in Northampton, but now of Trenton, N. Y. She d. about 1850, leaving a son who graduated at Harvard in 1869, and is now studying medicine in Boston, and a dau. resides with her father in Trenton.
