As for Ester Jeitteles, here is surely a mistake with chronogram on her gravestone. According the gravestone text is that inscription from the 18th cent., the same feeling I have from a photo. In pinkas of the Burial Brotherhood is a mention about death of any Ester Jeitteles, wife of Aharon Austerlitz from 5th Elul 5473 (27 August 1713), see the attached file. The calculation with chronogram is still unsuccessful, obviously some letter/s as number to a full count is missing.
