Now that the API was fixed was able to login.
I chose RootMagic and all the defaults, and specified a "project" in some directory (c:\priv\family\rm.rmgc) with sync. The program showed the nice graphics and started to work and listed a couple of hundreds of records. Then (after a couple of hours) it got stuck on one record. There was no message on termination or error. I closed AncestrySync, but no file was created.
I then hit Cancel and tried to repeat the same process. This time, no names were listed at all.
No luck so far...
Twice I came up to 1116 profiles and then the program stopped listing new profiles. Once with photo's and documents, once without.
What I would love is to have a kind of facility where I at least do not lose the 1116 profiles that have been listed and that when I connect again, the sync continues from that spot onwards.
Private User I would love to receive news about updates you can contact me at chris@steyn.nu
Thanks

Geni just deployed a new version of their API. We're working hard to implement it. The new API should cause drastic speed improvements. I'll keep you posted. Sorry for the delay. We're hard at work!

Good news, the API has now been updated. We're now using Geni's most recent API version. So now you can utilize AncestorSync and it will work fully.
Now we're working to implement some items in the API that will dramatically speed up performance in the system.
Also expect a new build with a bunch of goodies next week in time for FGS (starts Wednesday). You'll love the new features. :)
