Dear Sara,
You have listed Curtis and Walter F. Rice as being related to you on your list of Rice marriages in Calhoun, MI. I am also related to them. Their father and mother, Walter H. Rice and Bertha (Rice) Rice were originally from Lawrence Co. OH. They went to MI about 1920. I would like to share information with you.

My maternal grandmother, Fannie (Rice) Malone was the daughter of Richard Nelson Rice and Rachel (Neal) Rice of Lawrence & Gallia Counties, OH. Richard Nelson Rice (1829-1899) had a brother David Rice(1843-1901). David was father to Walter H. Rice.
