wrong parents !

We are some collaborators who have a problem in the line of the french/dutch family de Moucheron. I did when I started my research 1 1/2 year ago here at geni just a line for the two dutch painters Frederic and Isak de Moucheron just so I should have them in mind when I find a connection to my own line of the de Moucheron family. Now some other people have fullfilled (more or less) their family tree and Frederics father is not the one which he is connected to and I do not know who Frederic the Moucherons father is! What to do? It would be a pity to undo all the work some other people done to fullfill the lines from frederic and down and in the same time I do not know where to move frederic de Moucheron can you help in one or another way?
