There appears to be no connection between Richard Swain and this person

I don't see that she married a Swain, or had children by a Swain. The parents of Richard Swain born in 1695 are said to be William Swain and Ann Trumbull, by "The Eliza Starbuck Barney Genealogical Record, the most reliable genealogy for Nantucket’s families for the seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth centuries." Where does Ann Smith come in?
