My mother did her family geneology. She has births, deaths, family & a lot of info dating back to Peregrine White. What do I need to do to get registererd. Also she has info for Daughters of the American Revolution, Spanish Americana War, Civil War, War of 1812. She died before ever getting it finished.

When you say "registered," do you mean adding the profiles to Geni or registering as a Mayflower descendant with one of their genealogical organizations?
