hello...I once had a pen pal in the mid 1960's by the name of Philip Manipadam. He was about 19 years old . He was from India and was in the Indian merchant navy. I believe he was on a ship, at that time, called the Uttar Pradesh. Im not sure if this is the same person that is listed here. Thank you kindly for any help you might provide.
