I have learnt very important lessons of my life from my grandfather Lakshmana Sarma. One is Nature Cure and the other is Mahayoga and both are like the same thing said in different aspects of our life. I invite all those who have known Sri Lakshmana Sarma to post their own impressions in this discussion. First lesson is about simplicity. Every thing in our life can be made simpler and that makes our life easier and safer. I will invite opinions of others here before I put in my 2 cents worth.

Recently we heard from our close relatives that they were taken to an emergency ward in a medical hospital and suddenly they find that they have a horrible condition of their heart, lungs, or kidneys. They cannot run around any more as they used to. Within a week they became very old and haggard; heart broke they withdrew from contacting any relatives and they moan alone. I write this to all of you to pause and think over this situation. Three questions you should ask yourself and act according to what your heart tells you.
The one method that I have learnt from my grandfather is that there are things we can change and things whicn we cannot change. At this moment, we can :
1. Communicate with the relative who is suffering and assure him/ her that there is hope to get well and that you pray to God that (s)he recovers back his / her health back.Talk some thing nice and make that person smile.
2. If you can physically visit that person and physically help that person to spend some happy times with you,
3. Tell that person to contact me and let me help that person recover naturally without any medicine.
