If you unlock your mother's profile your tree can be merged into the other tree since it's open to the public.

Private User,
there is no need to open the private profiles, she can still initiate the request to merge, and then we can complete it for her.

But even that is NOT necessary, as the manager of that profile, Private, is an active user. so Ronnell should just send her a Request to Collaborate, and then she'll be able to complete the merges herself, and make these profiles private if she wants to.
