Any brainstorming ideas can be put in a discussion form so others can read and comment. As well, any projects can be put together as a way to direct specific efforts of selected collaborators.
I am thinking DNA may help the search, as well as connecting with other Moulder's that may have different pieces to the puzzle that may have pasted down info in a different branch of Moulder.
