Just a note. Anne Lee (Granger) did not show up on William Lee II's profile as a wife but on her profile, he DID show up as a husband...

Not sure why.

I can merge the two Richard Lee sons of William Constable Lee. I just looked and that's the right thing to do.

yes, i think you can merge them hatte. as they are obviously the same person. james added me as a manager during the missing profile episode.

Hatte Rubenstein Blejer please take a look at this Mary Schriever now the bad merge of Hancock and William is affecting Alice Felton's profile.

It's very easy. You just drag one profile onto the other and then say yes these are the same. It shows you the two in compare view and you choose to accept then.

In this case, the second was a duplicate clearly with no information other than being the son. Normally you have to do some research and make sure that you are not merging totally different people with similar or identical names that somehow got attached at the same generation, when one belongs elsewhere.

Jacqueli Charlene Finley - I assume that I should choose the correct parents for Mary Heath (Lee) and that they are Alice Fenton and William?

I won't lock her yet. There's a lot of juicy stuff about her to put in the About Me. Do you want to do that? I can edit it. The whole lawsuit and such. Her scheming second husband...

Private User Only one of her children were showing up.

They were hidden and I used a curator tool to unhide them. Apparently this happened somehow in the merger. It's showing others hidden as well, who are NOT the children of Alice Felton.

Whenever you see a discrepancy like that, let a curator know because it's a hidden relationship for whatever reason.

Please check that Alice Felton has all her children and that they are the right ones.

alice has all her kids. it is weird because they were on her husbands but when i went to check alice at first they weren't there. looks fine now though.

We'll have to unlock them at some point because they need sources and About Me and possibly other data fields if they are empty and we have or can find that information.

I had to unhide the children of Alice Lee. Somehow either in a merge or otherwise, they got hidden.

We need to check that the children are on both parents and not hidden. Remember that I had to unhide Ann Constable as the mother of one of the children last night. There are still a lot of hidden relationships, probably due to unusual merges.
