I wrote month ago about my problem with change in my account privacy settings, from geni after week they ask for one question are now all ok, not ok, still not ok, how many years I need to wait an answer or can someone gave me some ETA when that problem is fixed???
Account Settings>Permissions - I can't change anything, after change and save I got only: We are experiencing technical difficulties

Sorry to hear your difficulties Mart, Have you actually sent the problem to the Help desk?
I know they are inundated with work (not a large team).
This isn't a problem I'm familiar with so can't help you personally but will put your case forward and keep my fingers crossed.
I hope this is your only problem and that it is not stopping you from using Geni.
