Delete document

I can't find a way to delete a document. I added one by mistake. Is there a way to delete it?

You find the option to delete in the [Actions▼] menu when viewing the document.

I also got the same answer in the FAQ section. However, I don't see that option.

P.S. Strangest thing just happened. A document I wanted to delete disappeared. It is gone. (:

I don't know what view you are looking on, - did you try my link?
Your example looks like a popup, - try the View in New Window option.
