I don't think that's needed in this case. One bad merge made others look good. Now that peter is straight, the other generations are the problem, and locking up several generations due to a mix up would just keep the families from fixing it themselves. Also I notice someone has gone thru already and fixed some of it behind me. If it had been locked that would not have been possible.
