I followed through merging a couple of profiles for Johannes, my grandfather, when prompted to do so. Now, however, because of a couple of odd merges not of my making (I HATE MERGING!), the connection to my own grandfather and grandmother and their whole section of my tree is gone, or unrecognizable. Patrick Dunn, could you help straighten out this problem, since you started these merges on the Lederach/Kunz/Wismer Lines? Kathleen Chiu has management of some of these profiles now; please, could you get involved in this discussion? Could something be done about this mess? I was never notified about many of these unfortunate merges, my documentation has been removed, CHILDREN DISCONNECTED, names changed too--not good! Does Jonathan Goodspeed have anything to do with this situation? Seems certain cousins on this same line LOVE to remove and change my personal grandfathers. Is it because my original John Goodspeed of Barnstable was NOT the favorite son? Also, not good! Would LOVE some feedback on this situation.
