Where are these phrases showing up?

I really don't know - because it is in the present tense (or even future).
Similar phrases in past - added, removed, disconnected etc are used in Revisions.
Isn't in the tree view something such in present tense written with relationship to the yellow arrows?

I believe this is written in the loading window while the process is being executing.

You have an option to add multiple relatives to a person in the "Add immediate family" option in the tree-view, and I guess those phrases is some feedback on that.

All you really need to know is to translate it into the gerund form.

thank you, I have actually translated these phrases in gerund form but one of czech translators keeps rating it down. So I wanted to be sure I am right.
