Looking for Wagners that may have been at Whiteman AFB in 1956

I was born on 07/11/1956. I was adopted to Calvin and Martha Collins at birth. I have been told that my Biological Last name might have been Wagner. I have also been told that I have a Blood Sister 4 years older than I.
I am looking for someone who can fill in the blanks for me regarding a family named Wagner who would have been active USAF at Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster Mo. at that time.
I am not trying to disrupt the lives of anyone and My Parents Calvin & Martha(Deceased) Collins loved me as though I were their own Blood. I am just interested in the History of it.
