Date of birth?

There are many people working in this area, and many online trees.

Some are using original sources; others are probably copying from each other.

I have merged quite a lot of profiles in this area - including many of yours, Mark. It's distantly related to me - and very interesting!

That profile alone has six managers - all of whom had separate trees that I probably merged - or stacked for someone else to complete the merge.

We could do with a project for these Spanish-Portuguese Sephardi profiles so we can all work together better and have project discussions. I hope one of my curator friends with project expertise is reading this and may help out ...

Thanks David - I agree that much of the work around these dates is being copied and sources not checked. To know who did the original research and to see the sources would be beneficial to all. I hope your suggestion for a project is taken up by those with more expertise than me!
