that would most likely be because these other users are Pro users. For non-Pro users, Geni stops counting after 5000. The count for Pro users can go up to 100,000

well - I am a Pro - at least I have paid for it.

The job that calculates statistics for Pros has been giving us fits lately. I apologize for the trouble. I've manually queued your account for a statistics update; any other Pro's with the same problem can send me a message or reply here and I'll do the same for them.

Yes, this bug, or something similar, is back again.

I suggest totally removing this unnecessary limiter for Geni Basic users as well, it's not like they're able to do any proper genealogy work nowadays, so at least grant them the ability to view some statistical figures pass on by properly. Give the illusion that something else but advertising banners are being made here :)

Since Monday my statistics also shows only 5000...

We have a weekly job that keeps them up-to-date. Last week it terminated early due to some database work we were doing. These should catch up for everyone over the next 5 days or so, but in the meantime I'll manually re-run them for anyone who reports it / wants it done ASAP.
