Maybe the resolution or photo size is too small?

What are the minimum photo parameters for profile photo?

I was unable to tag smb at this photo:

The people tagger is wonky and appears to be a bug. We should have it fixed shortly.

Hey Ashiya, are you part of the support team? I received an email that my problem could not be replicated (as if it's my problem..)

I have a PC with Windows IE 8.0. The function was working fine until a few days ago. I have some photos with people identified but can no longer do it.

We've reproduced the problem and are working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I've noticed this too - I go to all the trouble of identifying people in a document (PDF), but the identified persons don't appear at the bottom of the image like they used to a few days ago, and when I come back to that document page later all of my identifications are gone!

Same applies to documents that are URL captures.

Please fix! Thanks.
