I am interested in starting a discussion about the James Ingram family that eventually ended up in Cass County, Nebraska. James was born in Gartly Parish, Aberseenshre, Scotland in the 1820's. He came to America in 1851 with his brother Adam, migrated west to Illinois, Iowa and finally Nebraska. He married Elizabeth Urwin. James and Elizabeth had a large family most of whom stayed in the midwest or central plains.
