Duplicate translation phrases

I found many more phrases that seem to be duplicate.
maybe it's because of the tr8n debug environment?

Maybe it is good? Dependent of place of usage the grammar and translation can be different.

I believe the new phrases are for a new release of tr8n module, but they seem to be the same as the current (such as "dashboard" or "phrases")
