Hello. Eldon, I'm not sure why - but I received an email notification from Geni telling me that I was following this thread. I didn't think I was. Can't have been, actually - since Carolyn only posted this morning...

That said, John Rawls and Cynthia (sister of Joseph) do appear on my family tree.

Any idea why I got patched into the conversation?

You are the manager of the profile mentioned. Any time a discussion is made with a link to the profile Geni automatically makes the profile manager a follower of the discussion to alert them.

Luke, I'm not sure what Carolyn wanted but maybe she will contact you. As you can see she did not reply. Geni response was automatic.
