According to this profile, Tina, she is the wife of one Duke (Guelph/Welf IV) and the mother of another (Guelph/Welf V). Is that incorrect?

Yes, because she is the same Mathilda(e) of tuskany that is married to Guelph/Welf V, so it must be a mistake that she is added as his mother and spouse of his father.
