I am confident that they are not the same. Sarah Palmer (Bloxum) married William Palmer in 1871 and that is 31 years before your Sarah Palmer was born.

I have an ancestor named Sarah Palmer, {Fictional}, my third great grandfather's wife. Don't know much about her, but I do know she died in a car accident in 1902 or 1903.

Unfortunatley it not the same Sarah Palmer my Sarah's maiden name was round.
