My third cousin died 3 years ago. Ever since, I´m trying to introduce the sad information into his profile, but so far it has been impossible to do it. I find no indication, instructions, nor adress about how to do it, and my family is receiving anouncements about his birthday and other anniversaries.
Last year, I sent a request to Geni through a path that I cannot find anymore. It doesn´t really matters because they never answered.
I understand that help is costly and this site is trying to get the highest profit they can. It´s business, after all. However, I think that specially due to Geni´s popularity, some guide to frequent problems should be accesible to all its users.
