Carmon, regarding our Grandfather.
The message was that my inquiry to the California Dep't of Public Health asking if they had a record of his death was answered in the 18 weeks as promised. Unfortunately, it was in the negative - no result in the CA public health records was found about him.
Hence, he still remains a mystery man.
