Per Helen Fox VanDenburgh, his sister, William Fox had the middle name of "Rolfe". The 'Attestation Paper' completed by him when he joined the 10th Bn Canadian Army showed he had a middle name of "Ralph". Did he change his middle name to Ralph because Rolfe had a German connotation, or was his sister in error when she named her son Rolfe in his memory?
