Kathleen is not connected to the big tree.

Probably best to leave her alone and not try to merge any more unresponsive managers.

She may not be connected to the "big" tree, but she's connected to a large part of my tree.

Are you talking about Hot Matches? Or actual pending merges?

If the former... ignore them.
If the latter... try to cancel all pending merges.

The big tree really doesn't need another unresponsive manager.

Please... for the sake of all of our sanities... DON'T merge this persons profiles!
