With this new update, I get an occasional match that has nothing listed under the Actions heading so I can do nothing with the potential match, which is frustrating as, so far, it has only happened with matches where I'm collaborating with the manager and it really is a match! Anybody else run into this?

BTW, I went to the forum to see if anyone had reported this and I couldn't find anything. Most of the post threads that were listed were from months ago.

Yes and i don't know what to do, it seems to be something with the new update?

i am having a problem with some merges that are in my family group. ( the crabtree line to be exact) there are merges pending and i invited the lady, but now i cannot get ahold of her nor finish the merges...any suggestions?

My suggestion is Facebook, se if the person is there and adress a reminder / question there.

Michael, I'll send a screenshot of the problem the next time I encounter it. I hadn't thought of a screenshot before. Usually, when I try to use words to describe a problem, all I get back is an email with a ton of questions. And I'm a technical writer! I'm supposed to put thoughts into words clearly. <sigh> A picture is worth a thousand words. It isn't a cliche for nothing!
