Mr. Thimmappa, son of Mr. Neelappa has constructed a temple of lord Shiva called by the name ''Sri Neelakanteshwara'' - erected in the precious Green Stone (Saffire) and has constructed a big well (KALYANI) just in front of the temple. Recently after the construction of MUKTHI DHAMA just behind the temple, the Kalyani has been converted into a ring well. That well is called as Thimmappa's well.
