Spencer (C.S.A.) Chambers (1837 - 1918)

Hi,
I am Trying to find information on an ancestor of mine known only as Rev. Chambers who married an unknown Native possibly. I was wondering if the father of Spencer Chambers was a reverand because Spencer is in the right age range to be the sister of Rev. Chambers daughter Lima Chambersb. 02-07-1845 Illinios (married Edward Hayes Davis).
Any help would be appreciated!!
