Dose Geni , Have A email

Depends what it's for.. general support - no. If it's a problem with subscription, ccard charges, or no longer having access to the email that your account is under, the you can contact subscriptions@geni.com. There is also an email for misconduct if someone is violating the terms of service: misconduct@geni.com

General support requires a Pro Membership where you can submit a ticket, but you can post to community support: https://www.geni.com/sso/zendesk/login?return_to=http%3A%2F%2Fhelp.... or ask a curator for assistance.

Jeff, That link always takes me straight back to my Geni "Home" page, never was able to make it work...

I Mean the 'Help' link you recommended...

https://www.geni.com/sso/zendesk/login?return_to=http%3A%2F%2Fhelp....

How do I get my Family Tree I have been working on to "join" the World Family Tree? I have added over 100 people I know of and yet it has not "synced" up with the World Family Tree yet. Thank you in advance for any help.

Joshua James Miller Just Keep adding people, You will eventually get a good match to merge which when completed will put you in the World Family Tree

There are some profiles that have two mothers listed for some profiles while working on my ex husbands family tree if you could do research on the person before creating the profile it makes things easier to merge if you use archives data base from the state the were born or find it in a book it is is helpful .....I will continue to look at his descendants profiles and read read read to establish a connection any help would be appreciated and thanks for all of your help thus far....

The purpose of this discussion 'Collaboration Pool' is so that users can request permission to collaborate with each other so that we can help merge each others trees and edit some of each other profiles, here is a good description
http://www.geni.com/discussions/74031?msg=590994

Unfortunately you have privatized all of the profiles around yours so we cannot see what you are describing. If you meant to send this as a message to someone, click on their name, go into their profile and send them a message.

Aloha, you need a Maui Branch office---I'm in

@Warren Groves

I guess I'm just plain dumb. I have accepted tons of collaboration requests but don't understand WHAT they want to collaborate on. My name is relatively rare and so have contacted people with the name in their tree and have received no replies. I don't speak the languages of half the "heritage" mailing lists so can't figure out if they are related. So, what I am gathering about all this is.....you have to have a lot of money to figure out your family tree!

Christine Fuss(Mikuteit) this explains what collaborating is you can find the article in the knowledge base, click on the help button in the bottom of any Geni page to find it

Christine Fuss(Mikuteit) The reason I am collaborating and requsting collaborating is that I hope to help solve deadends both on my tree and others

Daryl William Barnett I'm in. I'm not very knowledgeable about exactly what it is you are trying to do, but I'm in favor of improving the authenticity of information available here. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
