trying to locate my nephew

Hello,
Kimball Rogers - my nephew, son of Twila may stiers,lawson, rogers.
My sister - Twila died in 1958 in Oxnard, CA at the main hospital....NOW they've all gone regional, and don't have records that far back, they say?
Kimball born in the mid 50's.
