Did Joe know Lillian?

I am looking for a man named Joe Gable that most likely lived in Pennsylvania and knew a woman named Lillian Richter (my grandmother). Lillian passed-on in 1974. Any information would be appreciated. When my father Francis William Stanley was in the last part of his life he wanted to know his biological father. I was told by a great aunt that his name was Joe Gable. Obviously I would like to know more about this man.
