Death of Sophia Maria Thiessen (nee Daly)

Henrie Ernest and Sophia Maria Thiessen (nee Daly) were my great grandparents. Henry Ernest Thiessen junior was my grandfather. I gather you descend from Carl (my dad's cousin). You mention in your site that Henrie Ernest Thiessen's parents were Henrie and Catrina - do you have any source data on this? I have been searching for records on his parents without any success. - regards Glenys

My info comes from an old photocopied document organised by someone in the extended family (I'm not sure who) called 'Thiessen Family Tree- Descendents of Ernest Henric Thiessen b1833 d1909'.

The doc is basically a printed out gedcom file with some photos and biographies of a few of the individuals. I'm looking at it now and indeed there you are listed on page 16! It mentions Henric Thiessen and Catrina Thiessen very briefly and unfortunately doesn't include information on sources.
