Birth record-James Rowe and Cecelia listed as parents.

I found a birth record that has James Rowe listed as the father. It also has Cecelia Rowe nee Pinnock listed as the mother of the child. I cannot make the childs name out very clearly. I've attached a link that will take you directly to the record.

The child was born on September 23, 1884 in Good Hope, Clarendon.
