My birthday

A big thanks to all of you who called, posted birthday greetings and thought about me on my birthday - it feels great to be remembered. Although I am still coming to grips with turning half a century I think I feel younger and fitter than I have ever felt before. My take 50 is the new 30.

I had an amazing time on my birthday. Anu threw a surprise party for me with a 'Arabian Night' theme all including Mediterranean food, decor and even a live belly dancer thrown in. She even managed to bring in some of my very close friends from Bangkok, Australia and Geneva and it party all night long. Please stand by for pictures and videos which I will post later today.
