I think for my family group I am going to leave political views blank. If I come across something historical, like "John was a treasurer of the Wisconsin branch of the Know-Nothing party from 1857-1859", I might add that to the timeline or the "About", but I would not necessarily say "Political View = Know Nothing Party". Also, for historical political parties I'm not sure how to categorize them. Additionally, if someone lives a long life, and changes their views several times, is it fair to them to categorize them one way or another?
