My father Mian Gulzar Saigal had a passion of maintaining the saigal tree, of course he did it manually. After his death i realised that these papers may get lost so i took the help of a CD and transferred it to the hard disk. Then i contacted many elder SAIGALS and to my astonishment many had their own version of family tree nearly all had it. Some helped me verbally and some even gave me their writen trees. I tried to patch them all up and then came the result. I did not include any females in the tree. I even went to India to collect information about saigals in Kolkatta. I tried to collect information about Hindu saigals in India in order to connect their tree to ours but to no avail, no one replied. The biggest disappointment was when not even one saigal in pakistan contacted me for any new addittion. You were the first one who contacted and realised my efforts. Had i more knowledge about computers i would have done better. Any how kudos for your efforts my wishes and prayers are with you Amjad Shamim Saigal.
