I have done a little bit of study on our common health problems and have talked to relatives that are coping with similar issues such as Heart, sugar and blood counts. I have found that due to our and our anscestors diets, we all share common problems. I am sure we each have a unique way of coping with it.

I wiah to share how we are coping and what we are doing to overcome our /our dear ones' problems.

Hi Prashanth, I am glad you took this initiative to start a dialogue. It is so necessary. The diet we have been following has created lot of problems and they all surface sooner or later, mostly in our fifties. I have tried to make a complete life style change in the past two years and I have never felt better. Although it is an effort each day, and needs a strong determination, I am seeing the benefits. In other words, I feel I am more aware, alert, and free.
I will be happy to share my experiences including diet and workout plan if need be. I have kept a log.
I have realized that the process of staying healthy also needs a total attitude change. One major factor being enjoying precious times with family and friends so we carry good memories.
Anyway thank you. Hope you are well.
This time I got a chance to hang out a bit with family and friends here in India. This was nice!
