I'm looking for someone to guide me in the right direction on how to get my hands on information in general & military records in particular with regards to my grandfather here. I'm also very interested in stories, routes & movements taken by the Estonian Firing Brigade.
There is already some information presented in Viktors tabs through texts, photos & magazine scans etc, which might help to serve as some sort of starting point. Any additional information or hints about sources would be very much appreciated really.
I don't speak/write Russian, which I know is a major obstacle in this kind of endeavour. At least any kind of Estonian, English, Swedish or German sources could be managed by myself.
