CINCINNATI, July 30. -- Solon Spiro, 65 years old, formerly president of the Silver King Consolidated Mining Company of Salt Lake City, Utah, who had been living at the Lombardi Apartment Hotel on East Fifty-sixth Street, New York, died today in Cincinnati while visiting friends here.
