Found Birth Record of Ruth Boothe?

I found a birth record for a child named Ruth Ann Boothe, daughter of William and Georgianna Boothe. She could very well be the sister of my great grandfather, Philip Boothe.
According to this record, Ruth Boothe was born in 1885. Philip was born in 1884. In the meantime, I will be looking for more records of Wllliam and Georgianna's children to see if I can find a link!
