Trying to find history through Ellis Island

I've been playing with the ship manifesto's on the Ellis island website and I think I'm finding all kinds of links, but having trouble connecting the dots.

Benedetto Morazzini's connection in the country is listed as something like Guiseppe Manocchi, and this guy is listed as his cousin. He was going to New Haven, CT.

Then I looked for the Ceramicoli's on Ellis island. Allilio Ceramicoli came from Fano to New Haven (151 Rossett Ave - google maps can't find it) to see his uncle Luigi Baruffi. There's a few other Ceramicoli's listed on Ellis Island all from Fano.
